Minimum age that Tyson will teach is toddler, maximum - adult.
Tyson's teaching philosophy:
"...When teaching beginners, I believe that the first step is to learn something fun. Rigorous practice should come after you get to love your instrument. I always make the student feel like they are really good right off the back. This way, they are less likely to discontinue to learn because it's too hard.
For intermediates, I usually like to sit down and demonstrate things more. I find them to be more difficult, because they have their own habits that I might not be familiar with. This way, I can teach them without making them decondition their skills...."

I am currently an upper-Junior at IUPUI. I am studying Media arts and Sciences with an emphasis on audio. I have my music minor already completed.
