Our Astoria instructors are highly qualified and nurturing. You can feel confident, knowing that they have been selected carefully. In addition to our rigorous application process, we conduct a thorough check of professional and personal references, including a criminal background check, before we will consider referring a teacher to you. In addition, we inquire about the teacher's pedagogy methods and their areas of expertise, so that the chemistry between the teacher and student will be successful. Astoria music teachers who have opted to advertise with us, instead of working for us, may not have completed reference and background checks. These teachers may be contacted directly.
