Schoolofmusic.com provides studio lessons for students of all levels and ages in the Chicago area. The studio may be in a commercial building or a teacher's home. Offering a variety of locations saves our parents and adult students time and gasoline. Our Placement Director, who is a degreed music teacher, personally matches students with Chicago music teachers based upon students'

Our Chicago instructors are highly qualified and nurturing. You can feel confident, knowing that they have been selected carefully. In addition to our rigorous application process, we conduct a thorough check of professional and personal references, including a criminal background check, before we will consider referring a teacher to you. In addition, we inquire about the teacher's pedagogy methods and their areas of expertise, so that the chemistry between the teacher and student will be successful.
Chicago music teachers who have opted to advertise with us, instead of working for us, may not have completed reference and background checks. These teachers may be contacted directly. Teachers who are working with us are properly bonded, insured and covered by workman's compensation.
