Teaching Philosophy:
I like to make learning fun. Each lesson includes playing duets with my students to help them build confidence and love piano.
Each student is different and I respect and use different teaching methods to fit the student.

^I have been teaching piano for all ages for 35 years. I have taught at:

* North Shore Center of the Performing Arts ( Chicago )
^I have served as a staff pianist at various churches
^I accompany students on all instruments for:
*Recitals
*ISSMA Solo & Ensemble Contest (both regional & state)
*Auditions
*Competitions
^I coach instrumental ensembles for the ISSMA ensemble contest
^My family is a musical one. My daughter is a violin performance major at Northwestern University , Evanston IL
^My son is a senior in high school and studies trumpet with Charlie Geyer at Northwestern University and with Craig Heitger in South Bend , IN
